Known Problems: Transmission issue. Transmission goes in and out of forward gears.
Exterior Condition: Rust, dings, dents, and scratches for marked patrol unit. Rear doors do not open from inside/disconnected. (See photos)
Interior Condition: Normal wear and tear for age and miles for a patrol unit. Unit is equipped with a rear prisoner seat, partitions, electrical tray. Rear doors do not open from inside (Disconnected). OEM rear seat will be in the cargo area (purchaser to install). from inside--will need to reconnect the cables.
Options: Power locks, power windows, am/fm radio, A/C, front cloth seats.

If you plan to have a third party complete the removal of this item/lot, you must notify the Seller (email is listed on your Buyer’s Certificate) in writing via email the name/company, date of pick up, item number/description, phone number. This must be completed 24-hours PRIOR to any removal. Identification is required at pick up.
NOTE: The City of Lansing does NOT ship and does NOT have any shipping supplies.

Property/Item may be removed by APPOINTMENT only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate unless other plans have been made between the Seller and Purchaser.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
