Cooler is 13x24 & Freezer is 8x20 and is one unit that is currently working. It includes the light fixtures and associated wiring, conduit and switches inside the unit. The electrical disconnects are not included.

Bidders should contact the Director of Facilities Maintenance, 309-268-8461 or andy.litwiller@heartland.edu, before bidding to discuss requirements for removal.

Buyer is responsible for the dismantling and removal of unit using a licensed contractor. Contractor needs to be licensed and bonded and be able to provide any and all paperwork requested by the college. The sprinkler system will need to be temporarily removed from unit and then reinstalled after removal of unit. Any structural changes/damages to the area surrounding the unit will be fixed by the buyer. Removal must be scheduled with the Director of Facilities Maintenance and occur between Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm.

TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

RemovalRemoval
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
