***IMPORTANT*** Seller DOES NOT ship, DOES NOT package, DOES NOT seal boxes and affix pre-paid labels. For items that can be shipped, seller WILL drop off purchased items at the closest UPS Store which is at 251 West Central Ave, Springboro, OH 45066, (937) 748-2700. BUYER will make all necessary arrangements with this UPS Store to package and ship purchased items and will pay the store all necessary fees and charges for these services. Items will be dropped off once payment for the items has been received by Clearcreek Township. If you cannot pick up your item(s) and you don't want to pay the UPS Store to package and ship, please DO NOT bid.

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed by appointment only between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
