This auction is for a Hennessy Industries Coats 1000/1000D Solid State Wheel Balancer with all the Standard Accessories. The Balancer is in Good Working Order. See Photos.
THIS AUCTION IS FOR PICK UP ONLY. THE BUYER MUST MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO PICK UP THE WHEEL BALANCER AT THE SPEEDWAY STREET DEPARTMENT.
THE BUYER WILL NEED TO COME TO THE SPEEDWAY POLICE DEPARTMENT TO SIGN PAPERWORK & WILL THEN PICK UP THE TIRE BALANCER AT THE STREET DEPT.
NOTE: THE SPEEDWAY POLICE DEPARTMENT HAS MOVED & IS NOW LOCATED AT 5300 CRAWFORDSVILLE RD IN THE SPEEDWAY MUNICIPAL CENTER ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF CRAWFORDSVILLE & LYNHURT DRIVE. IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED IN THE PAST, WE ARE JUST BLOCKS AWAY FROM OUR OLD LOCATION. See Photos. All items are sold in "AS IS" condition with no refunds & no warranty. Recommend that a Bidder inspects the item before bidding. The winning bidder will come to the Speedway Police Department to sign the paperwork. The Tire Balancer is located at the Speedway Street Department at 1390 N Lynhurst Drive just blocks south of the Police Department, The items are available for inspection by appointment only or for any questions, please call Rob Wetnight at 317-246-4142 or email at Rwetnight@speedwayin.gov. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE -- To make online payment, log into your GovDeals account and select 'My Bids'. Please follow the instructions there. Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the item description. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS
TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at email@example.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
