Q: I saw your post about the Harley Sportster. Can you tell me what paperwork (title or confiscation order, etc) come with the bike? Also was the bike running when seized? Also I saw some damage or cuts on the seat and it appeared the tail light was broken. Is there any other visible damage? Thanks (9/22/20 8:54 AM)
A: The county does not have any paperwork on the Harley. It was seized in a drug raid several years ago and was awarded to the county. It was cranked about 2 years ago but has been sitting since that time. Other than what you saw in the pictures, I do not know of any other damage. (9/22/20 11:23 AM)

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
