CSU Surplus Property is selling a 1989 Haulmark refrigerated display trailer that was previously used in a university setting. Latent mechanical defects may be present that we are unaware of and unable to verify. It is highly encouraged that bidders inspect vehicles in person prior to placing a bid. Maintenance records are not available for review.

Q: Are you willing to cut the padlock 🔒 off for inside inspection or is there another entrance?
Will bill of sale from CO State be issued to buyer?
Is this a refrigerator or freezer unit, or both?
Thanks (12/2/22 6:01 AM) A: Yes we are willing to cut the lock, however it is backed in so close to the barn wall that we will have to pull it forward to access the lock. That is pending arrangements with the folks on site. A copy of the bill of sale will be available to the buyer once the auction is completed. We were told it was refrigerated not a freezer unit. However, without access to the interior, we could not verify that. In person inspection would be recommended. Those are by appointment only. (12/2/22 9:29 AM) |

REMOVAL IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Removal. : All items must be removed within (10) business days from the time and date of received payment unless otherwise specified in the auction posting. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified in the Terms and Conditions. If buyer fails to remove items within the (10) business day window, the Seller reserves to right to assess storage fees at a rate of $10.00 per business day, not to exceed 10 business days, and/or default the buyer, at the Seller’s discretion. Extensions to the pickup window must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Buyer will be required to provide proof of identification prior to property being released by Seller. If the Buyer will have a third party claim the property on their behalf, email confirmation from the Buyer’s registered email account will be required identifying the third party and proof of identification will be required by the third party prior to property being released by Seller.
