INSPECTION: Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding. INSPECTIONS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! Please contact the individual listed above as the “Asset Contact” to schedule an inspection of this item. Hours of operation for inspections are Monday through Thursday between 8:00am and 2:00pm CST. All items are located at 300 North Beaty Street, Athens Alabama 35611, on the campus of Athens State University. However, auction items may be stored in several locations throughout the campus. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times as indicated in the item description above.
Payment

Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. Buyers on level one probation have a PayPal and Credit Card limit of $1,000. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below. PAYMENT If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account. Note: 1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure. 2. Removal
REMOVAL: All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Athens State University assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer must bring a physical copy of the Buyer's Certificate and a photo ID at time of pick up, and see Steve Downs in the Maintenance Building, located on the east end of the campus just off Hobbs Street to receive a Bill of Sale. Once the buyer receives a Bill of Sale, he will be directed to the applicable building to pick up his item(s). Special Instructions
Buyers Premium: A 7.5% Buyers Premium will be added to the final selling price of all items in addition to any taxes or other fees imposed. NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED. Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Athens State University, AL makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final. Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
