Used in Cal Trans Fleet Dept Decals removed impressions may remain Dings, dents, scratches consistent with age and use Vehicle may have holes where equipment has been removed NOTE: This is a used piece of equipment. Unit may contain defects not immediately detectable or known about. Removal and loading will be done at winning bidder's expense. There will be no removal assistance by Caltrans. Removal by appointment only. Upon auction payment verification, buyer must pre-arrange pick-up time and date. No exceptions! The Bill of Sale must be presented at time of pick-up. No exceptions! Buyer/Transport Company will be turned away if removal has not been scheduled or Bill of Sale is not presented. If item is to be shipped, buyer must perform all shipping arrangements, including providing proper pick-up vehicle. Loading and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer's responsibility. No service of any kind will be furnished by Caltrans. No exceptions!!! Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed by March 12th 2021 no later than 12 noon . The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
