Inventory #9101 (P3) Single Portable Classroom Building, 1991 Blazer Industries Manufacturer, 24’x40’. Serial

Numbers C1240-2MP912774 & C1240-2MP912775, State Gold Seal Numbers 15108 & 15109. Interior room size is 960 sq. feet.

Exterior siding is Fir, T1-11 with gutters and downspouts. There are exterior porch lights and an exterior red fire bell. Each classroom has 4 original sliding windows with mini blinds. Interior walls are oak colored paneling.

There are two metal exterior doors with panic bars, located at each end of the building. The classroom has drop in ceiling tiles 2’x4’ and is heated and cooled by a Bard Unit with electrical shutoff, classroom thermostat is included. Roof was replaced with Pabco 3-tab, 30-year shingle in 2006.

Classroom has carpeting that is in poor condition, with walk off carpet at each door. Classroom has a fire strobe and a manual pull fire station. Staying with Unit:

Five tackboards, two boards covered with whiteboard material, data cabinet, dark oak laminated shelf with coat hooks, manual fire pull station, exterior doors with panic bars.

Building is currently empty of extraneous furniture/materials and disconnected from power and is ready to move.

All debris, including any items underneath the building, must be disposed of off-site. Photos included for review.

EXPERIENCED CONTRACTOR is required for removal, as there will be no consulting by seller on site. Trailer tongue, axles, tires, and foundation for the building are included.

Buyer may need to replace tires prior to transport, as condition is unknown.

Removal time from site is on or before July 31, 2021.

Buyer is responsible for all required permits and fees for transport to receiving site.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
