CITY EMPLOYEES ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ASSIST IN ANYWAY.********* PLEASE SEE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR MORE DETAILS.If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.Items can be removed from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. No appointment is needed. Gates are locked at 3PM- NO REMOVAL ALLOWED AFTER 3PM-NO EXCEPTION! All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. If successful bidder requires a third party to pick up the item won, authorization is required for removal of item and release of title. A daily storage fee of $20.00 a calendar day will be charged for any item not removed within 10 business days from the date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
