PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. Buyers on level one probation have a PayPal and Credit Card limit of $1,000. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. PICK UPS MUST BE SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS. PICK UP HOURS ARE 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM EXCLUDING LUNCH HOUR 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM. IF THE BUYER DESIGNATES SOMEONE ELSE FOR THE PICKUP AN AUTHORIZATION OF RELEASE MUST BE PROVIDED. Property MUST BE REMOVED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyers Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED. ITEMS AUCTIONED ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
