However, auction items are being stored in several locations throughout the campus. When scheduling an appointment to inspect or pick up an auction item, please make a note of the location of the item on campus. A campus map is provided below.

Please note: Some items sold by Wallace State Community College have a Reserve Price set. The Reserve Price is the lowest price the seller is willing to accept for an item. Q: Would you be so kind as to provide some more pictures of the of the Okuma, Mazak and the Chevalier Grinder? cannot see all sides of the machines and the inside. Looking for damage and model # of the Mazak. Thank you. (2/4/23 7:24 PM)
A: Here is what I have been able to find out: Okuma Cadet Model #: LNC8 *The screen is distorted but the machine is operable. Mazak Model #: VTC-160A *The machine has lost its memory. It will power on but nothing after that. It is repairable. Chevalier Model #: CGP-816 *Has an electrical issue that needs to be repaired. It may need more attention than just the electrical issue. Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.

RemovalRemoval
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all necessary work, including packing, loading and transporting the property. No Assistance will be provided. Under no circumstances will Wallace State Community College assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Property may be removed between 8:00am and 2:00pm CST, Monday through Thursday and 8:00am and 10:00am CST on Fridays. A daily storage fee of $20.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer must bring a physical copy of the Buyer's Certificate and a photo ID at time of pick up, and see Candy Moody in the Business Office, located on the 10th floor in the James C. Bailey Center (building #1 on the campus map) to receive a Bill of Sale. A campus map is attached above in the "Additional Info" section of the item's description. Once the buyer receives a Bill of Sale, he will be directed to the applicable building to pick up his item(s). Questions concerning this process should be directed to Candy Moody (candy.moody@wallacestate.edu).
