Full working condition and quality is unknown. There will be no assistance loading. The MoDOT St Louis District items are sold “AS-IS” “WHERE-IS.” Please read the special instructions, as they will be strictly followed. Only item described herein is included in sale regardless of what else is pictured. Under no circumstances will Missouri Department of Transportation St Louis District, MO assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
