This auction is for a Tennsmith Sheet Metal Shear with a 16 gauge mild steel capacity. This item has become excess to the needs of the Postal Service and is now being sold "AS IS" . This item has two extension arms broken off the back and it leaks hydraulic fluid. The actual operating condition is unknown. The winning bidder of this auction will be completely responsible for loading and transportation of these units. Under no circumstances will the USPS Asset Accountability Service Center assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. A: An additional picture has been added to show the area where the arms used to be mounted. As far as the leak there was an internal leak to the unit. (11/3/20 9:48 AM)

Buyer is responsible for all labor and costs associated with removal of the equipment. Removal by appointment only! Buyer will be required to sign a Hold Harmless agreement prior to removal of equipment. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyers Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Prior to removal, buyer or buyer's authorized representative must sign a Bill of Sale and hold harmless agreement.
