Upon the City of Mobile receiving notification of GovDeals acceptance of payment on this item, the City will contact the successful bidder to arrange for completion of paperwork and additional information on the removal process.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $20.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. City of Mobile is open for pick up of items between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM. Pick up and removal must be done during these hours. There will be no removals after hours, nor is the City available for removal during weekends. City of Mobile locations will close at 4:00 PM. Bidders are to remove their property within ten (10) business days after the issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate of Award, or a $20.00 daily storage fee will be incurred. Storage Fees are payable only by Cashier Check, Certified Check or Money Order at time of pick up and removal. Cash is not accepted for payment of Storage Fees.
