The Buyer must contact the City as this location is not normally manned and arrangements must be made for Buyer to be met so building can be opened.

City of Mobile is open for pick up of items between 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM. Pick up and removal must be done during these hours. There will be no removals after hours, nor is the City available for removal during weekends. City of Mobile locations will close at 3:00 PM. Bidders are to remove their property within ten (10) business days after the issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate of Award, or a $20.00 daily storage fee will be incurred. Storage Fees are payable only by Cashier Check, Certified Check or Money Order at time of pick up and removal. Cash is not accepted for payment of Storage Fees.
