Per call to HCD, the decal numbers are: XCF2355, XCF2356, XCF2357, and XCF2358. While there are currently two 60 X24 modular office buildings, they are each comprised of two 60 X 12 units that have been adjoined. Therefore, there are a total of four commercial modular units that are registered and titled through HCD. c. What are the serial numbers? Per call to HCD, the serial numbers are SCI003282, SCI003281, SCI032724602, and SCI032724601. d. Who is the manufacturer? Per call to HCD, Silver Creek is the manufacturer for all units. e. Buyer will need to submit an Application for Duplicate Certificate of Title (form HCD RT 480.4) and an Application for Duplicate Registration Card (form HCD RT 481.2), along with a Statement of Purchase Price for Commercial Modular (form HCD 479.7) and applicable fees for each unit. Buyer shall be responsible for all fees payable to HCD, including duplicate title and duplicate registration fees for all units. f. Do you have the original plans or permits? No. g. Can the removal time be extended? An extension may be negotiated at the County's sole discretion. 3. 4. In addition to the Q&A above, can you do an amendment to the asset information to state the following (and attach the attachments to this email like you did for insurance requirements attachment): 1. "Insurance Requirements shall be provided to County of Orange within 5 business days after issuance of Buyer's Certificate and removal of items cannot begin until County confirms in writing that proper Insurance requirements have been met. Insurance shall be emailed to: ryan.rigali@ocgov.com." "Removal and/or dismantling of items only available between 7AM-5PM and with prior appointment made with County. "Date removed by: All items must be removed within fifteen (15) business days from the date and time that County of Orange confirms in writing that insurance requirements have been met. Extended removal time may be negotiated and extended at the County's sole discretion. "While there are currently two 60 X 24 modular office buildings, they are each comprised of two 60 X 12 units that have been adjoined. Therefore, there are a total of four commercial modular units that are registered and titled through HCD." 1.
