1850 Artifact Auger Own a piece of history Hand Forged Iron Wooden Handled Auger Bit 19th C.; long iron drill with spiral end connected to a wide wooden handle. The Department of Cultural & Historic Affairs is de-accessing artifacts from its collection from the Dey Mansion Museum. These pieces date out of the period of context for the Dey Mansion Washington's Headquarters and some are no longer viable for storage or display.

Removal is by Appointment Only (***48 hours notice is mandatory***), 9am-1pm, Monday to Friday and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of auction's close. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them.
