Auto-bid
As a bidder, you don't have to constantly watch auctions and worry about being outbid! All GovDeals Internet Auctions feature an auto-bid. In the bid box on the auction view page, enter the HIGHEST dollar amount that you are willing to pay, and the GovDeals bidding system will bid on your behalf by placing a bid at the current LOWEST minimum bid. If another bidder outbids your LOWEST minimum bid, the system will automatically place another bid, once again making you the current high bidder, until your "top dollar" number is reached. The auto-bidding system will continue to place the LOWEST minimum bids on your behalf until you are the winner of the auction or another bidder bids higher than your auto-bid. Auto-bids are completely private and are never displayed to other bidders. In the event of a reserve price auction, your auto-bid will immediately bid up to the amount of the reserve OR to the max amount of your auto-bid if the reserve price is in excess of your auto-bid.Bid Extension
If a bid is placed during the final 3 minutes of an auction, the auction's current end time will automatically extend for additional 3 minutes. This will continue until no bids are placed during the last three minutes.Probation Level 1 Bidding
This Seller has instituted a Bidder Probation Restriction on this auction. To have this restriction removed, a $1,000 refundable deposit in the form of a Certified Cashier's Check or U.S. Postal Money Order must be mailed to GovDeals, Inc., 100 Capitol Commerce Boulevard, Suite 110, Montgomery, AL 36117. Once 60 days have passed GovDeals will return this bid deposit.Open auction where bidding starts at a fixed amount and increases by a minimum bid increment (or higher) by different bidders until the auction end time is reached. Once the auction has closed and a high bidder has been identified, the seller reserves the right to approve or reject the final offer.

Lot of approx 50 Pseudo Stacking Chairs Retired from service and have been sitting in storage for a while. Lot consists of approximately 50 +/- stationary chairs. Metal frames. Multiple styles. Some stack well, others are pseudo-stacking chairs. Local pickup only. Unfortunately due to the size of the lot, we will not ship these. Third party pickups (family members, uship, etc) are fine as long as we know what's going on in advance. There is easy access to an overhead door. There are no stairs or hindrances for egress. We will assist the winning bidder with removal from the building and loading. All items MUST be paid for within 5 business days of the conclusion of the auction. No exceptions. Unless other arrangements are made, all items must be removed within 10 business days. Failure to pay for your items, or collect them in a timely manner will result in forfeiture of the asset(s). Keep in mind that a default on your purchase will result in immediate account suspension without warning.

Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. PICK UP DEADLINE All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to remove your items within the 10 business day timeframe will result in daily storage fees of $10.00 per asset being charged after the deadline has passed. No exceptions. The seller will NOT arrange freight pickup or provide freight carrier referrals or quotes. The Buyer can use our location and zip code in the asset listing when obtaining a quote and scheduling the freight company they have contracted with. All freight shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. REMOVAL OPTIONS Option 1: Local Pickup Option 2: Third Party Pick Up: Option 3: Freight Pick Up with Full Freight Prep (LARGE ITEMS & PALLETS ONLY) Option 4: Ground Carrier Shipping (SMALL ITEMS ONLY) Please note: options 3 and 4 require that you call us to pay the preparation fees via a card over the phone. The Buyer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with removal via ground shipping or freight.
