TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS


TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Liquidity Services Bidder Services at taxhelp@liquidityservices.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact Liquidity Services Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

RemovalRemoval

ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.


LOADING AND REMOVAL IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. THE SELLER IS UNABLE TO LOAD, MOVE, PROVIDE TOOLS, EQUIPMENT OR MANPOWER TO AID IN REMOVAL, OR OTHERWISE ASSIST IN THE PICKUP AND REMOVAL OF ANY ITEM. BUYER MUST MAKE ALL ARRANGEMENTS FOR LOADING, MOVING AND REMOVING. ITEMS ARE PURCHASED AS IS, WHERE IS. REMOVAL SHALL BE THE SOLE EXPENSE, LIABILITY AND RISK OF THE BUYER.


Seller reserves the right to charge a daily storage fee of $100.00 for any item not removed by the end of the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
