 Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Upon removal of the property, all sales are final, and the recipient agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Ingham Intermediate School District from any and all liability arising out of or related to this property. If you are picking up an item for someone else, you will need to bring the Paid Receipt (photo copies are acceptable), a note from the designated winning bidder specifically naming you as authorized representative, and your own personal identification. In addition, the winning bidder will send an e-mail from the winning bidder e-mail address used for the auction, stating that you are authorized to pick-up the item and possess a copy of the winning bidder’s ID.
