The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary including packing, loading and transporting of property. Buyer must come prepared to load with minimal assistance. Items may be picked up between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
