We have fiber glass Herman Miller white chair. Item is missing the bottom support that touches the floor (see photos). This item is used and in fair condition. Dimensions are 18.5 inches wide, 31 inches tall and 21 inches depth.
INSPECTION STRONGLY ADVISED. ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO SHIPPING. All items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders must adhere to the inspection days & hours indicated below.

Item(s) must be taken & removed by the buyer, at buyer's expense. It’s the buyer's responsibility to dispose the item that does not fit the buyer's needs. Buyers not prepared or willing to take bided item will not be awarded future sales. Items must be paid in 5 business days and picked up in 10 business days from payment. After which we may reauction or dispose items without refunds. Failure to make payment may result in being blocked from future auctions.
If approved by us, items can be given to a 3rd party. Provide an email notary. In detail authorize a 3rd party to pickup items on your behalf. UNM/sender is not responsible for any lost, discarded, damaged or broken auction items that may occur during shipment/transport.
If awarded and before the items can be released from the location, you must bring to University Services (located at 1128 UNIVERSITY BLVD. NE, ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87102) the following:
1. Winning Certificate (can be presented electronically) 2. Paid Receipt (can be presented electronically) 3. Personal identification (such as a Driver License)

What is the fiber condition of the Herman Miller chair. Do you know the production Year? I need to get it collected and ship to New York. Do you have any shipper company to recommend?

A: I looked, I cannot find a year on it. Item is pretty worn down. We don't ship, however you can authorize any 3rd party to pickup from our location. UPS use to provide this service however is discontinued in our area. At the moment, I am not too sure of any other shipper that pickup items as is. (9/28/21 9:50 AM)

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS
TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at email@example.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
