Purchased material will be released only upon receipt of payment. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction, unless a prior arrangement has been made.
A daily storage fee of $25.00 per day may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed or within the period to which such time may have been extended by the Seller. Bidders’ accounts may also be locked due to failure to follow payment terms or remove the property as specified above. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance from the Seller will be provided.
