This auction is for (1) Reliance Electric Hot Water Heater, that was stored at a Postal facility and is being sold "AS IS WHERE IS". The unit is still in the box and has not been used. That stated, the working condition of the Equipment is unknown.

The bidder is encouraged to inspect and determine the condition of property prior to bidding.

Successful bidder will be completely responsible for acquiring manpower/equipment for removal of items from this property, as well as loading and transportation.
