PICK-UP/REMOVAL OF ASSET(S): All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Buyer's Certificate, as well, as a Government Issued ID must be presented at time of pick-up. Pick-up is by appointment only, between the hours of 9am and 3pm Tuesday through Friday unless otherwise arranged with permission by Seller. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the Franklin County Board of Commissioners or the Franklin County Sheriff's Office assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Shipping request must be approved prior to the auction end, as not all items will ship. If shipping is approved to your location, buyer is responsible for seller receiving a pre-paid shipping label, to include insurance, WITHIN 10 business days of winning.
