    1. The Vehicle Info sheet is a guide, and not a definite determination of condition of the vehicle. This is the ONLY information we have. For more info, please schedule an appointment for inspection.

    2. All items must be picked up within the designated timeframe, or will be considered abandoned and relisted for sale.

    3. NO assistance will be provided to determine condition of vehicle, or upon pick-up.

    4. No maintenance or repair work of any type will be permitted on district property.

    5. All district tags and license plates have been removed. Temporary tags/plates will NOT be provided and are the responsibility of the buyer.

    6. Radios, cameras and any other specialty equipment previously added may be removed from the vehicle.

    7. We do have title to the vehicle, but it will NOT be available for pick-up. All titles will be sent via certified mail to the address on your account. Please allow 7 days after pick-up for mailing.

    8. Vehicles will be titled ONLY to the winning bidder of the vehicle. It is up to the buyer to have it titled otherwise after receipt.

    9. No vehicle will be viewed or picked up outside the designated times. You will be turned away.

    ***Winning bidder must be present at pick-up. If winning bidder cannot be present, a signed authorization of release and a copy of the winning bidder's driver's license must be received before we will release the vehicle to any other person.***

    PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your Liquidity Services account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there.

    Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.


    TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

    TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

    Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.

    Pick-ups will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY! Vehicles MUST be removed within 10 business days of payment. We are NOT open on Fridays.
