3-Makita Miter Saws - S/N's - 10166A, 215913, 66879A, 2-Ridgid shop vacs, S/N 15113R2243, 15113R2252, Makita portable table saw S/N 22094A, Ridgid pressure washer S/N - 1307 and sawzaw PA6-GF30. All of these pieces are retired from the school district construction shop class. All of these pieces are well used. They are described as all needing work to be operational again. These pieces of equipment may be missing parts. No service records are available on these pieces of used equipment. Operation and functionality are unknown. These units have not been tested. All conditions/issues are best approximations. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions on our part. Absence of any mention of defects does not mean there are none. These used pieces of equipment are offered “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranty or guaranty either expressed or implied. VIEW PHOTOS CLOSELY. Due to limited staffing, do not assume forklift assistance on a truck or trailer. Bring appropriate vehicle and labor for pickup. Inspection is strongly encouraged before bidding.

 Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please contact Marilyn Walker at 770-443-8000, ext. 10585 for an appointment. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Failure to remove items within ten (10) days, or in the time frame specified in sale listing, or making other approved plans for pick-up with authorized Paulding County School District staff within this time frame will result in the ownership of items to revert to PCSD for resale or disposal without refund. Buyers are not allowed use of PCSD dumpsters to dispose of items they purchase.
