Vehicle removed from service on 6/4/21. Has been replaced with a new vehicle. Mileage: 148,219

A: Yes, there is a clean title for transfer. Our policy is not to disclose each department's reserve amount, but often times a department will award to the high bidder even if the reserve amount isn't reached. Each department head has the option to approve a sale even when reserve is short. The best way gauge an approximate reserve for vehicles is by doing some research on Kelley Blue Book. A KBB estimate should put you in the neighborhood of a reasonable reserve amount. (6/23/21 3:26 PM)

A: When trying to determine a reserve amount, our Maintenance Department reviews several different sources. • Previous sales on auction sites (which helps determine how strong or soft the market is) • What similar vehicles sold for in the past • Kelly Blue Book • And lastly, they do check NADA’s rates but not as often as other sources (6/24/21 8:26 AM)

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
