For security purposes, the hard drives have all been pulled and will NOT be included.
From what was observed, it appears that most had the RAM and other hardware in place, but not all.
A handful of the units have suffered various states of damage and disrepair.
Conditions range from very poor, all the way up to very excellent... and everything in between.
There are no power cords, cables, accessories, or anything else included.

Inspections in person are welcome, and encouraged... by appointment only.
All of these machines are available as-is, where-is, and have no warranties implied.
None of these units have been tested in any way shape or form. Some will clearly not be functional.

Due to the nature of the items, local pickup is preferred and highly recommended.
Because of the size of this lot, we're not going to take the time to securely package everything up.
Third party pickups are acceptable as long as we know in advance what's going on.
We will combine lots if the winning bidder purchases more than one auction.
We will also put the laptops inside of boxes and ship freight on the pallet at the winning bidders expense. (more info below)
If the winning bidder chooses to ship freight, they will be responsible for doing the legwork associated with booking a carrier.

The five (5) business day time-frame for posting payment will be strictly enforced. No exceptions.
All assets must be picked up or shipped within ten (10) business days unless other arrangements are made.
Bidders who fail to adhere to the terms of the auction be defaulted without warning.
Defaulted auctions will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of the asset(s).

Wire Transfer

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.


1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

3. Depending on your history with GovDeals, you may be limited to the number of auctions/transactions that you can participate in simultaneously AND/OR the dollar amount that you can pay via credit card, debit card or PayPal. For additional insight, please visit the Probation FAQ.


When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.



All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Failure to remove your items within the 10 business day timeframe will result in daily storage fees of $10.00 per asset being charged after the deadline has passed. No exceptions.

The seller will NOT arrange freight pickup or provide freight carrier referrals or quotes. The Buyer can use our location and zip code in the asset listing when obtaining a quote and scheduling the freight company they have contracted with. All freight shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


Option 1: Local Pickup
You may choose to pick items up in person. We have a forklift on site, and we will assist with loading. We also have a semi-height loading dock with hydraulic dock leveler and a pallet jack.

Option 2: Third Party Pick Up:
Buyers may have someone else pick up item(s) on their behalf. We must receive notice in advance in the form of an email specifying the third party you choose so we have written documentation in place. The third party may be required to show photo ID, and the third party will be required to sign the Bill of Sale on your behalf before the item(s) will be released to them.

Option 3: Freight Pick Up with Full Freight Prep (LARGE ITEMS & PALLETS ONLY)
Buyers may have a freight company pick up their item(s). Decker Services will prepare the item(s) for freight shipping for a $40 per pallet preparation fee. Preparation consists of covering the item(s) in plastic wrap and/or banding the item(s) to a pallet only. The buyer will be responsible for making any and all shipping arrangements and prepaying freight cost with a freight carrier prior to shipping. A Bill of Lading (which MUST reference the Asset ID number) shall be emailed to Items will be available for freight pickup 2 (two) business days after we're made aware of the choosing of this option.

Option 4: Ground Carrier Shipping (SMALL ITEMS ONLY)
We charge a $15 packaging fee to prepare the lot to be shipped. This includes the time and materials to box up everything properly. The $15 fee is paid to us directly via a card over the phone after the auction has concluded. Once the box is ready to go, we'll then provide you with the weight and dimensions. You will need to generate a pre-paid shipping label for FedEx, UPS, or Postal Service (your choice) and email it to We will then drop the box off at the appropriate location for you.

Please note: options 3 and 4 require that you call us to pay the preparation fees via a card over the phone. The Buyer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with removal via ground shipping or freight. GovDeals and the Seller neither endorses nor accepts responsibility or liability for lost shipments, lost profits, damage to the property or any other claims or damages arising from Buyer’s use of a ground carrier or freight shipper.

Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Decker Services makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty: The Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim of description error must be made prior to removal of the property. If the Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, the Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
