Questions and AnswersQuestions and Answers
Q: I see that there is a lot of unknowns about this car ! Do I dare ask any questions that will require an answer? 1-Is this the university’s vehicle and what was the history of this vehicle? (What was it used for ) 2-have you considered having it towed to your local garage to have them go through this to see what it has has/not have, Does items work as they should or not work at all ? At this rate you should have donated it to someone and taken a write off ! (5/2/21 11:52 AM)
A: We have taken it to the local garage, but it has not left campus in almost 2 years. The program no longer needed this vehicle, therefore we posted it here. It used to run, probably needs a battery, tires are okay, and I suggest that the vehicle be towed off our property. I personally have seen the maintenance through out this vehicle the past 5 years, and we have done a lot to keep it running. Therefore I would call this a possible daily driver, a good work vehicle, if you will. The frame is good on this car, the tires will need air to get it to move, if you win this bid, you will need to bring the air, as it states the vehicles are sold as is, right now in the parking lot. You are more than welcome to come and look at the vehicle on a scheduled appointment with me. Thank you for your time to look at this and happy bidding. (5/3/21 8:32 AM)
