The city of Panama City has recently moved the task of Christmas decoration for the town under the Quality of Life Department. The department that was incharge of it has approximately 80-90 (5 foot) lighted wreaths they used to mount to light poles that will no longer be used. They also have dozens of Metal Christmas stands with lights that used to go in a park. These are no longer needed. The city has decided to auction these items off in the hopes they can be put to good use. There are approximately 150 flags on mounts that have sayings like "Merry Christmas" and "Happy Holidays" that will be going as well. If it is in the photos attached it will go. There are an assortment of accessories also. Strands of lights and boxes of thousands of bulbs. Some of the christmas decor was new LED bulbs already in it but the others and monofilament bulbs and were supposed to be replaced. All accessories will also come with the lot. Please take time to look carefully and I encourage you to come and inspect prior to bidding. Thanks Steve

Q: Do you think there is more then a 20 ‘ trailer load ? Or need a semi trailer to handle all in one load ? (1/25/21 12:41 PM) A: I'm honestly not sure about his. I'd say semi to error on the side of caution, but if you bring a 20' trailer and can not fit it all we should have a roll off on site. (1/25/21 1:48 PM) |

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
