See Attached Photo's. This property has approx 100 feet of paved road frontage, with approx lot dimensions 100'X214.98' X110.15'X217.07'(approx 0.49 acre). This lot snd residence has Municipal Water & Sewer. The house was inspected by the Sumter City-County Building Official, who advised essentially, that the house appears to be in fair condition for repair/renovation, but noting the front left portion of the roof (valley connections) apparently were not done correctly and have leaked in the porch and near the door of the large room (see attached photos)and need some immediate attention etc., it appears some renovation has been completed within the interior of the house, including what appears to be a fairly new larger bathroom with shower & whirlpool tub(?).
