The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 2:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding school system holidays. You may check for Central Office closings at www.cmcss.net or by calling (931)648-5600.

*A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 15 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

*Any lots that are not paid for within 10 business days will be reposted for bid and the defaulting buyer will be blocked from the site.
