This auction is for an 6 foot rolling safety ladder that was used at a postal facility and is now being sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" and my contain defects. .
The USPS makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Successful bidder will be completely responsible for acquiring manpower/equipment for removal of equipment from this property, as well as loading and transportation. Under no circumstances will the USPS assume responsibility for loading or shipping.
