Inspection
Asset is sold as is, where it is located, and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises, there is no refund of monies previously paid. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Payment
Payment in full is due and must be received in the City's Finance Department, 222 First Street, PO Box 716, Henderson, Kentucky, 42419, no later than 10 business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U.S. Currency, or a cashiers check, bank draft, or money order payable to the City of Henderson. (Sorry, no credit/debit cards or company checks.) Removal
Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
