You are bidding on 2004 International 3200 - 30 Passenger Bus primarily used by the Department of Transportation Transit Services Division. This bus does not run. Engine is International DT466 Diesel and in unknown condition. Removed from service on 05/23/2013. Transmission is Allision AL2000 and in unknown condition. This bus was maintained every 6,000 miles and operable when removed from service. SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS FOR EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR COLORS. The seats are vinyl. There is no cracked glass as of this writing. There are minor dents, scratches and dings. Decals have been sprayed. A/C is in unknown condition. EXACT MILEAGE IS UNKNOWN. All available pictures have been attached. The seller makes no assurance as to the road worthiness of this bus. Bidder is strongly encouraged to examine before bidding. At this writing, listed equipment is physically located at the Montgomery County Maryland, Department of General Services, Division of Fleet Management Services, Equipment Maintenance Operations Center (“EMOC”), 16624 Crabbs Branch Way, Rockville, MD 20855. Equipment may also be located at 16624 or 17000 Crabbs Branch Way, as we are currently moving to a new facility. For questions regarding the equipment, please use the "Ask A Question" link under the "Questions and Answers" section of the equipment listing. Equipment is available for inspection every Thursday from 12p-3p at the address listed above.

Winning Bidder must make payment by certified funds in the form of Cashier’s Check, electronic wire transfer, money order(s), or cash (must be exact, to the penny) within 5 business days of Buyer’s Certificate. The County does not accept payment by credit card. Payment with Cashier’s Check, money order(s) or cash must be made at DGS/Division of Fleet Management Services Administrative Offices, 16624 Crabbs Branch Way 2nd Floor, Rockville, MD 20855. Checks and money orders should be made payable to “Montgomery County Government”. For payment by electronic funds (wire transfer) eMail laronda.stepherson@montgomerycountymd.gov and ask for Wire Transfer Instructions Buyer will be given a Bill of Sale when payment is delivered to LaRonda Stepherson or designee (Cashier’s Check, money orders, cash) or when a wire transfer clears. Unless Buyer is registering the asset and bringing license plates for the purpose of driving away from County property, original Title will be delivered to the Buyer when asset is picked up and removed from County property.

RemovalRemoval
Buyer must remove the asset within 10 business days of Buyer’s Certificate by showing Bill of Sale to a Crew Chief, Shop Superintendent, or designee where the asset is located. Call Colt White at 240-777-5755 at EMOC to make a pickup appointment. The County requests 1-day notice so that equipment can be made accessible for removal. Buyer will be solely responsible for removal of equipment. Equipment is sold as-is, where-is. Please review the Indemnification provision #8 in the Terms and Conditions of Sale. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to be knowledgeable of condition and operability and to remove using Buyer’s resources.
