Available for auction is a pallet of SCBA SCOTT pack 18 bottles, 45 Minute ploy bottles and 2 aluminum bottles, these have been retired from Fire service due to age. some bottle mounting hardware brackets too. Sold as is where is, Buyer loads.

Village of Grafton does not accept Credit card payments, We do not send an invoice at end of auction, It is your responsibility to make sure acceptable form of payment makes deadline and items are collected by deadline or your account may be locked and items forfeited.

Inspection

Note: You may Not inspect items at this time due to Covid 19 and we are limiting exposure to Village Employees. Face Masks must be worn at all times during pickup. BUYER MUST PAY FOR ITEM IN FULL WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS FROM ISSUED BUYERS CERTIFICATE. ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF AUCTION CLOSE. UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE.

Removal

The Village Of Grafton can furnish no service of any kind and any cost of weighing, the bidder shall assume packaging, crating, loading, or hauling unless otherwise indicated. Successful bidders (Buyer) are responsible all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. & 2:00 P.M. TO 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. After hour pickup may be arranged in advance of removal. Please contact at least 24 hours in advance to schedule time for pick-up. The successful bidder must assume all liability that may be incurred in connection with the removal of the property from the premises. If the purchaser does not remove the property purchased within the specified number of days after date of the award, the Village Of Grafton reserves the right to default the bidder re-auction the property. **The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of- Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.** If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent for pick-up. Buyer can contact the UPS store at 440-774-7447 and make arrangements for them to pick up item, pack and ship at buyers expense.
