1994 KME Freightliner FL80 CONVENTIONAL CAB, 8.3L L6 DIESEL. Hale Single Stage Pump, 2070 GPM. Starts and runs well. ABS needs service, otherwise fully functional unit. Water tank holds 1,000 gallons. 5917.6 engine hours. GVWR is 38,000. Needs new inverter and general servicing. Sold AS IS.

Payment

The Buyer’s Certificate will contain information to schedule payment & removal.

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory).

Checks shall be made payable to: Sugarcreek Township TAX EXEMPTION TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to this seller within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
