Property may be removed during the hours Monday-Thursday 8am- 1pm. You must wear a mask while in building. Once item has been paid for, please email storeroom@lakelandcc.edu to let us know estimated time of pick-up All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Limited assistance maybe be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.Smaller items can be shipped by us IF you email a UPS label .After you win call and we will provide weight and measurement
