This auction is for a 42inch SANYO Flat Screen TV. It is in working condition and is being replaced, hence it being put up for auction.

A: Thank you for the question. The TV did come with a remote but we are having some trouble locating it. We will continue to look but a universal remote might need to be picked up to operate this TV. (5/17/23 11:30 AM)

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. All sales are final and if bidder defaults on payment within a timely manner, their Govdeals account will be suspended. Bidders must adhere to the dates and times indicated in the item description.

We accept cash (EXACT CHANGE ONLY), money orders or cashiers check. We DO NOT accept debit/credit cards or personal checks. Payment in full is due not later than 10 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Unless otherwise noted, the payment location of all items will be:

NOTE: The pickup location of the items, unless stated on the buyers certificate, will NOT be at the Courthouse. Be sure to plan accordingly when paying for and picking up your items.

FAILURE TO PAY ON WINNING BID WILL RESULT IN YOUR ACCOUNT BEING LOCKED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED A PERCENTAGE OF THE WINNING BID!!!

Failure to secure your items within the ten day window will automatically result in your Govdeals account being locked. DO NOT BID ON ITEMS YOU CANNOT COLLECT IN TEN BUSINESS DAYS!

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removing any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located, as indicated on the website and on the Buyer’s Certificate.


A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.


Any item NOT picked up after the ten (10) business days will be considered abandoned property and Govdeals will be notified to request account suspension.

Special InstructionsSpecial Instructions
Buyers must pass an Insta-Check background check, which will be handled by a Licensed Firearms Dealer approved by Anderson County Purchasing. When the on-line GovDeals auction ends Anderson County Purchasing will submit the buyers information to the approved Licensed Firearms Dealer so that a background check can be performed. Buyers will be responsible for making payment for the background check fee directly to the approved Licensed Firearms Dealer. When Anderson County Purchasing receives documentation from the approved Licensed Firearms Dealer that the buyer has completed and passed the background check, Buyers will be authorized to make payment and pick up the firearms. The Licensed Firearms Dealer will assist the buyers with pre-paid shipping of firearms.
