Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.


TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

PICK-UP/REMOVAL OF ASSET(S): Pick-up/Removal is by appointment ONLY! You and anyone assisting in the removal of asset(s) MUST wear a mask at all times. Your temperature will be taken upon arrival and no person(s) shall be admitted entry with a temperature of 100.4 or greater. COVID-19 guidelines will be followed at all times as required by MORPC. MORPC policy for removal may change at anytime without prior notice. Please be sure to ask any questions related to removal & health guidelines at the time of scheduling your appointment for removal. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will MORPC assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.

A loading dock is not available at this location. Only one exit with a ramp is available and one stairway exit is available. You will be responsible for any damage to the facility during removal of your asset(s). Please ensure you have adequate help and equipment for the removal of your asset(s). Thank you!
