Questions and AnswersQuestions and Answers
Q: Is there loading assistance? (11/15/21 8:11 PM)
A: The expectation is that the purchaser is responsible for loading. (11/18/21 11:26 AM)
Q: Hello, We are not doing any disconnect work correct? Also, will the bollards be out of the way to winch onto a tilt deck trailer? Thanks (11/17/21 7:01 PM)
A: The Diesel Fuel tank is disconnected (both from electric and from the ground) and can be pulled out around the bollard. The Gasoline tank is bolted down to the concrete, however it is disconnected from the electric. We will not be re-moving the bollard at this time due to no access to asphalt to refill until next year. (11/18/21 1:30 PM)
Q: is there enough room between the ballards for this tank to be removed between them or will it need to be lifted over? (11/18/21 11:21 AM)
A: For the Diesel Fuel Tank - there is enough room to pull it out around the bollard. There is NOT enough room to pull out the gasoline tank. (11/18/21 1:27 PM)
Q: Are the tanks empty (11/19/21 10:51 AM)
A: Yes, both fuel tanks were emptied. (11/20/21 11:02 AM)
Q: Hello, How old are these tanks and why are they being removed ? any issues ,leaks, internal rust ? Thanks (11/21/21 5:57 PM)
A: We are selling the tanks because we are selling the building. There are no issues with the tanks. (11/22/21 9:17 AM)
Q: Are the tanks double walled? (11/26/21 11:09 AM)
A: Yes. (11/29/21 12:56 PM)
