2010 Mitsubishi Eclipse CONVERTIBLE 2-DR, 3.8L V6 SOHC 24V. This is a seized vehicle that has been in storage for four years. Runs with a boost but will not start without. In unknown mechanical condition and rough physical condition (see photos.) Cracked windshield one flat tire. A/C cold. Seats cracking. NO WARRANTY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, SOLD AS IS AND IN CURRENT CONDITION for the highest bid, no minimum, no reserve. You will be given court documents authorizing sale and a Bill of Sale signed by the prosecutor's office that buyer may use to obtain a REPLACEMENT TITLE. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate unless other arrangements are made by agreement with the seller. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
