The University of Washington Surplus Property program is pleased to offer this 2009 Toyota Matrix 4-Door Hatchback, 1.8L L4 DOHC 16V

Vehicle starts and runs but will need a jump or battery charger. Body is fair, with scrapes and scratches. Rear window is broken. Circumstances are unknown. Interior is in fair shape, stains throughout.

Please note: Shredded paper was found under passenger seat and under the hood. No other rodent evidence found.

This vehicle has an outstanding recall notice for TAKATA airbags. Buyer should remedy this situation as soon as possible. SUMMARY: The subject vehicles are equipped with front passenger airbag inflators produced by Takata. REMEDY: The remedy will consist of the replacement of the airbag inflator or the airbag assembly, depending on the vehicle model. Call 1-888-779-2075 to schedule your repair today!

A: Unfortunately, we do not have a detailed history of this vehicle. It was started, with the assistance of a jump pack, and ran for about 20 minutes while moving it inside of our warehouse. You are correct that the only dash light to come on is the tire pressure sensor and most likely due to the low pressure in the front driver side tire.
