Wacker Neuson Saw Cart The awarded buyer must contact Mr. Jason Duffin at 801-569-5732 to schedule pick up. Pick up times must be scheduled three business days in advance with general times between 9 a.m.– 3 p.m. MST, Monday-Thursday. No weekend pick-up times will be scheduled. City will not provide shipping assistance. Item(s) purchased MUST be picked up in person by the Buyer or their Designee. The buyer is responsible to safely remove the item(s) purchased. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. Buyers on level one probation have a PayPal and Credit Card limit of $1,000. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your Liquidity Services account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there. TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction. TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made.  Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 72 hours in advance. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the five (5) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
