• SYSTEM HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED FROM ELECTRICAL UNIT - The magnet is massive, and the entire system is located in a basement. The winning bidder is responsible for providing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and transportation needed for removal.
• The seller has a crane coming to remove the magnet and install a new one in its place. The winning bidder may remove entire system and magnet himself prior to March 14-16, 2021 OR the exact date the new magnet is being installed. Estimated removal date of magnet=March 14-16, 2021* Winning bidder will need to coordinate with the seller about the exact date. The winning bidder will still be required to provide labor, tools, and transportation needed for removal.

• Adequate manpower, tools, and equipment are required to load and remove assets from the property. NO ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE ONSITE. Assets are large, heavy, and located in a basement. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to provide all necessary equipment, tools, and labor for disassembly and removal.
• Payment is due within 5 business days from the close of the auction. Timeline for removal is negotiable past the standard 10 business days allotted for pickup. System must be removed on or before March 14-16, 2021* Please contact Ms. Thornton to coordinate removal.
• Seller requires identification and a completed Standard Indemnity Agreement from buyer

All purchased items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Buyers are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the State of Louisiana, Division of Administration, Louisiana Property Assistance Agency assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed BY APPOINTMENT, on or before March 14-16*, excluding legal holidays, unless otherwise specified in the description.
