Title Status: Clear Features: 2" ball hitch - RV 7 way trailer plug - Barn doors - Side door - Pull out ramp - Dual axle - New wheels/tires Rear opening 77" wide x 73" tall Interior deck 80" wide x 238" long x 78" tall Overall 104" wide x 302" long x 104" tall All measurements approximate Mechanical: Trailer appears to be in mechanically good shape, wheels turn freely, hitch latch works properly. Tires new installs from old stock. Spare tire mount is loose (see pictures). All known factory recalls have been performed as of the time of this listing. Vehicle was maintained in accordance to factory standards, but maintenance records are not available. Known mechanical issues: - Spare tire mount loose - Side door latch does not catch - Rear door latch needs work Exterior: Vehicle body is in fair shape. Missing right rear marker light cover. Sealer on multiple seams indicate possible water leaks, but no interior water was noted after pressure washing. The paint is flat, and there is surface rust in various spots. Front trim piece is lifting on left end. Some random small holes in various places in body, department indicates these were for mounted floodlights/cameras as trailer was used (parked) as an office for some time (see pictures). Reason for Surplus: Age, Underutilized We recommend that all bidders view/inspect auction items before placing a bid. Q: Can you add pictures of the inside to include roof, floor, walls front and rear. Is there electric brakes? And please add tire pictures and can you show the four digit date code when they were made? I need to make sure that the tires are safe to drive for a 300 mile trip.
Thank you (6/1/23 2:18 PM) A: There are electric brakes, functionality is untested. New wheels & tires were installed 2.1.2021 according to our records. Pictures of the interior & tires may happen next Monday, but date codes will not be visible due to being mounted facing inward. (6/1/23 5:29 PM) |

Proof of ID will be required to pick up property, and City policy requires that we take a photocopy of the ID. ID must match the name of the winning bidder. If you are sending a third party to pick up your property, be prepared to provide, via email, a signed copy of the bill of sale, a picture of your government issued ID, and a letter detailing who the City of Folsom may release the property to. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Items not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate may be relisted for sale.
