It is assumed that repairs will be needed on these items. Everything here is being sold as scrap/parts.
Most of these items do not include any power cords, cables, accessories, etc unless otherwise noted.
Potentially interested parties are encouraged to inspect the items prior to placing their bid.
In person and third party pickups are fine, and encouraged. Inspections are encouraged.
Freight shipping is available at the winning bidder's expense. Booking and BOL generation is the responsibility of the buyer.
The pallets can be combined into a single cardboard gaylord at the request of the winning bidder.
Upon request, weights and dimensions will be provided to the winning bidder for BOL generation purposes.
Payment MUST be posted to the site within 5 business days. No exceptions
The 10 business day window allowed for pickup MUST be adhered to. No exceptions.
If you are unable to pay and pick up your item(s) within a timely manner, please DO NOT bid.
We will not email and call to prompt for payment to be posted and/or pickup to occur.
Buyers who do not adhere to the terms of this auction will have their account defaulted and locked without warning.

Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. Buyers on level one probation have a PayPal and Credit Card limit of $1,000. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.

SALES TAXWhen applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

PICK UP DEADLINE
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to remove your items within the 10 business day timeframe will result in daily storage fees of $10.00 per asset being charged after the deadline has passed. No exceptions.
The seller will NOT arrange freight pickup or provide freight carrier referrals or quotes. The Buyer can use our location and zip code in the asset listing when obtaining a quote and scheduling the freight company they have contracted with. All freight shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note: options 3 and 4 require that you call us to pay the preparation fees via a card over the phone. The Buyer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with removal via ground shipping or freight. GovDeals and the Seller neither endorses nor accepts responsibility or liability for lost shipments, lost profits, damage to the property or any other claims or damages arising from Buyer’s use of a ground carrier or freight shipper.

Description Warranty: The Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim of description error must be made prior to removal of the property. If the Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, the Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
