ALL TRAILERS ARE BEING SOLD WITH A BILL OF SALE ONLY.

The trailer has been sitting at another location for an unknown amount of time. The trailer condition is unknown. What you see in the photos is all the information I can accurately provide. The department did not disclose the reason it was taken out of service. We strongly recommend inspecting the vehicle or trailer in person if you have any questions about the overall condition. The vehicle or trailer is being sold “AS IS” and “WHERE IS”. This means we will not assist in loading the vehicle. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions of the problems with these vehicles and trailers, but unknown problems may exist. If I list a vehicle as running, that means the vehicle ran when I took photos of the vehicle. This does not always mean it will start and run when you arrive to pick it up. We will not jump start the vehicle. We will not lend tools or air up tires. Making repairs on a vehicle or trailer you purchased at our facility is not permitted. Please bring everything you need to remove your vehicle or trailer from our facility. We strongly recommend the vehicles be towed from our facility and will not be held liable if you choose to drive the vehicles. I will not speculate as to whether a vehicle or trailer will travel any distance. I will not answer questions that are answered in the description or in a photo. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION AND REVIEW ALL PHOTOS. In person inspections are highly recommended. Inspections can be done anytime between 8am to 3pm Monday through Friday, after calling for an appointment. Pick up times once you have won an item will be the same (8am-3pm Mon-Fri.) If you win an item, please bring a photo ID and a PRINTED copy of your buyer’s certificate. If you arrive outside these times without making prior arrangements with me, you will be asked to return during normal business hours. These vehicles and trailers are NOT fully inspected, we do not check lights, heat, a/c, horn, windows, brakes, or anything else that is not listed in this description. Please review pictures closely and ask for additional information if needed.

Sales tax due where applicable. Buyer must present valid sales tax exemption certificate.

TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Liquidity Services Bidder Services at taxhelp@liquidityservices.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact Liquidity Services Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

RemovalRemoval
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will City of Cartersville assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See special instructions on each auction page for removal details. Buyer agrees that no monies previously paid to the seller will be refunded after Buyer removes property from the seller’s premises. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
